Hello there!

Over the past thirty years as a healthcare practitioner, I’ve developed the ability to help my clients better understand the science behind their body-mind connection as well a spiritual understanding behind their soul’s journey. It’s amazing what life can be like when the body, mind and spirit work together in synchrony.

Being part of this process with my clients has given me a unique perspective on what holds people back from living their best lives. In short - most people don’t like themselves very much. Unhealthy relationships, low self-esteem, substance abuse and chronic dissatisfaction are areas where problems commonly arise and the go-to solution for most people is to look outside themselves for answers.

My mission is to help people learn to listen to and trust the divine and ever-present voice inside that is ready to offer guidance, comfort and inspiration at any time. When you love yourself enough to look within, you truly do become your own best friend.

Through writing this book, teaching workshops and speaking, I look forward to sharing what I’ve learned with you.

BIO

Jo Albertson is a teacher, practitioner, speaker and author.

 

She has an MA in physical education and health from Western Michigan University. She received her Massage Therapy license in 1986, and became a certified Reiki practitioner in 1997.

 

Jo has taught massage therapy at two schools and created an animal massage therapy program for a local boarding facility.
